Joris Verboven: Looking back on 2024 and our ambitions for 2025

As president of EnableNow, I look back on the past year with pride and look forward with great enthusiasm to what 2025 will bring us. EnableNow is at the center of the fintech world, where the pace of change is fast and our customers' expectations continue to grow.
In this blog, I share the key milestones of 2024 and our plans for the period ahead.

Highlights of 2024


The year 2024 was all about growth and impact for us. Our main goal remains to shift control of banking data in part from the bank to the account holder. This aligns with the core of open banking: giving power back to the consumer. We are proud that so many customers and end users have experienced the added value of our solutions. For us, it is the ultimate proof that we are contributing to this important movement.
One of our biggest successes has been our focus on customer satisfaction. We chose to provide service at the highest level. Whether a customer calls, emails or apps, our goal is always to deliver immediate value. We have achieved this by being on top of our service and keeping all communication channels completely open. Customer contact is not an afterthought, it is a core value.

In addition, our team plays a crucial role in our success. Everyone within EnableNow has a distinct specialty and makes a unique contribution to our goals. I am enormously proud of the top people we have in house - their expertise and commitment make the difference.


Our goals for 2025


In the coming year, we will take it a step further. Currently, our technology is mainly used to gain insight into the financial position of individuals and companies. Think of things like income, revenue, expenses and the origin of assets. However, the possibilities of our technology are endless, and in 2025 we will expand our services to new markets and abroad. Our ambition is to reach new clients and support existing clients even better.
We also have concrete partnerships in mind that will take our services to the next level. These collaborations will not only make us stronger, but also directly add more value for our customers. This fits perfectly with our vision to always think ahead and keep innovating.


Responding to changing customer needs


In 2025, we expect our customers to want even more convenience and integration. Customers have asked us to add additional components to our services, such as document storage or automatic contract signing. This fits perfectly with our ambition to provide a “one stop shop” experience.

EnableNow continues to distinguish itself through our sharp focus on two key points:

1. Compliance as a USP: We believe in “Compliance-as-a-USP. Our platform is designed with security and legal compliance as a priority. By continuously integrating the latest technologies, we ensure that customer data remains secure and meets the strictest standards.

2. Frictionless customer journey: For us, a smooth end-user experience is hugely important. Customers experience a clear, user-friendly flow that guides them step by step in sharing data securely. This not only leads to satisfaction, but also reinforces trust in our platform.

By sticking to these focal points and continuously improving, we remain a reliable and innovative partner for our customers.
